If you connect a running device or app, we'll collect your running data from there. This helps us track your progress accurately. We also save the messages between you and our AI coach to give you better training advice.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create training plans that match your goals and fitness level. Our AI coach looks at your running data to suggest workouts and paces that are right for you. As you run more, we adjust these suggestions to help you improve.

We're also working to make our AI coach smarter. Your running data and conversations with the coach help us improve its advice for all runners. We don't share your personal information when we do this.

We'll send you emails about your training progress and important account updates. You can choose which emails you want to receive in your account settings.

Keeping Your Data Safe

We take the security of your information seriously. We store your data on secure servers and use encryption to protect sensitive information like your password. Only authorized team members can access user data, and we regularly check our systems to make sure they're secure.

Your Privacy Rights

You can see or change your personal information anytime in your account settings. If you want to delete your account or get a copy of your data, just let us know. We'll help you fix any mistakes in your information too.

You can also choose what emails you want to get from us. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

We use Clarity to track website usage and improve the Service. We also partner with Google, Facebook, and other ad networks to serve personalized ads based on your interests and activity. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies—check their privacy policies for details.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an account, plus 30 days after deletion for backup purposes. Chat logs with the AI coach are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted. Your running data is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Under the CCPA, California users may request access to, deletion of, or details about their data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
