1. Understanding Our AI Coach

Run Coach uses artificial intelligence to create your training plans. The advice comes from computer algorithms, not human coaches. While the AI learns from general running data and your personal information, it may not catch all potential risks or problems. You should always use your own judgment and stop if something feels wrong.

2. Health and Safety Warnings

By using Run Coach, you confirm that you're healthy enough for running. If you're not sure, check with your doctor first. Stop exercising right away if you feel pain or severe discomfort. Running has risks, including injury and heart problems. Our AI can't respond to medical emergencies, so call emergency services (112 or your local number) if you need help.

Do not use Run Coach if you're pregnant, have heart problems, or have injuries, unless your doctor says it's okay.

3. Free Trial and Billing

You get 7 days to try Run Coach for free. After that, we'll charge your card for a 30-day subscription. We'll email you before the trial ends. Even if you don't use the service during your free trial, you can't claim a refund later. When you pay for a 30-day period, you agree to keep the service for the full 30 days. We don't give refunds during this time for any reason. You can cancel anytime, but your service will continue until the end of your current 30-day period. Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.

4. Your Rights and Our Limits

You can stop using our service anytime. You can also get your running data - we'll help you download it. You have the right to know how we use your information and to tell us if something's wrong.

We are not responsible for injuries or accidents while running, health problems from following our plans, lost or incorrect data, or service outages and AI mistakes. You accept these risks when using Run Coach.

5. Data and Privacy

We keep your health data private and encrypted. We never share your personal details without permission. You can download or delete your data anytime. For European users, we follow GDPR rules. We only keep chat history for 7 days, then it's deleted. Your privacy matters to us, and we take serious steps to protect it.

6. Service Changes

We may update the AI system to give better advice, change features, add new ones, or fix technical problems. If your payment fails, we'll give you a 7-day grace period before stopping your service. We'll always try to let you know about important changes.

7. Third Parties and Service Reliability

We use Stripe for payments, Clarity for analytics, and AI providers (e.g., xAI, ChatGPT) for coaching. Their terms apply when you interact with them through us.

We promise the service will work at least 80% of the time. Sometimes features might be down for maintenance, or the AI might be briefly unavailable for updates. We'll fix problems as quickly as we can. Since Run Coach is a new service, you understand there might be occasional hiccups with the chat or other features.

9. Legal Stuff

By using Run Coach, you confirm you're at least 18 years old. You accept all risks of exercise and won't sue us for normal running injuries. You understand the AI's limitations and agree to follow safe running practices.

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still apply. These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
